Ingredients

Directions

Instructions (4 Portions) Pour contents of pack into a bowl Add 170ml of cold water, mix well and leave to stand for 2-3 mins Spoon into golf-ball size nuggets and fry in hot oil for 20-30 secs or until golden brown Drain off excess oil and serve warm Falafel is best served freshly made Not suitable for microwave use Care should be taken when using hot oil Al’Fez Falafel Recipe Falafel pitta pockets: Finely chop tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce.
